Main products: Al-alloy die-castings, Al-alloy gravity-castings and Al-alloy low pressure castings.
Company own 16 die-casting machines (from 160T to 2000T) and automation for 630T, 800T, 1250T and 2000T. Meanwhile has vacuum machine and the high-pressure cooling system etc. Has 20 gravity-castings machines, melting furnace, holding furnace, hardening furnace for Al-alloy, aging furnace, shot blasting machine etc., and own VMC, CNC lathe, drilling machine etc.. Company own CMM, spectrograph, material testing machine, hard-meter, rough-meter, vacuum hydrogen measuring meter and leak-testing machine etc., these are for the high quality products.
The products are widely used in automobiles, high-speed rail, engineering machinery, gas boiler, electrical machinery, textile machinery etc., We can produce die-castings weigh within 20kg and gravity-castings within 50kg, meanwhile we have some technical experience on die-casting that testing with high-pressure and shock-pressure. The annual production capacity is about 5000 tons, products are exported to U.S, Germany, Netherlands, France, South Korea, Japan and other countries.
